Areas Of Focus

Has your child, teen, or young adult been struggling with emotions, behaviours, or challenges that feel overwhelming? Do you find yourself unsure of how to best support them? Whether they are facing a specific diagnosis, experiencing anxiety or frustration, or simply feeling stuck, you are not alone. Many families and young people navigate these difficulties, and the right support can make all the difference.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a Registered Social Service Worker (RSSW) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) and trauma specialist. My passion is working with children, teens, and young adults, helping them understand their emotions, build confidence, and develop the skills they need to thrive. I have extensive experience supporting individuals with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), and those who have experienced trauma or traumatic brain injuries (TBI/ABI).

In addition to working with youth, I also support veterans navigating life’s complexities after service. Having served for 25 years as an Aeromedical Flight Medic in the military, I understand the challenges that can come with transitioning to civilian life, managing trauma, and finding new purpose. My experience allows me to offer a compassionate, understanding approach to veterans seeking support for mental health, trauma, or adjustment difficulties.

I believe that every person deserves to be seen, heard, and valued for who they are. My approach is warm, supportive, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

I offer both in-person sessions in Belleville and virtual support. If this sounds like the right fit, let’s talk. I look forward to meeting you.
