Areas Of Focus
Have you been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained? Are you a parent who has noticed something shifting in your teen and isn’t sure how to help? Or are you someone who has tried to push through, but the same patterns keep showing up no matter how hard you try?
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) working with children, teens, and adults. I believe mental health is always shaped by the world we live in. Good therapy starts by understanding your experience in context, not just your symptoms.
I work with anxiety, OCD, trauma, and the patterns that form when life gets hard. For children and teens, this might look like school refusal, social withdrawal, or feeling misunderstood. For adults, it often shows up as a feeling of being stuck in ways that are difficult to name but impossible to ignore.
Before becoming a Therapist, I worked as a substance use support worker, walking alongside people through trauma, relationship challenges, and complex life circumstances. That work shaped how I show up, without judgment and with a genuine understanding of how much context matters.
I am mindful of sensory needs and how the therapy environment affects comfort and regulation. Healing is hard to access when your nervous system doesn’t feel safe.
You do not need to have everything figured out before you start. We will work at a pace that feels right for you.
I offer in-person sessions in Belleville and online therapy across Ontario.
