About Hope Harbour Psychotherapy

Hope is the first step to lasting change. Hope Harbour Psychotherapy is a group psychotherapy practice based in Belleville, Ontario, offering in-person and online therapy across the Quinte region and the rest of the province.

Who We Are

Hope Harbour Psychotherapy is led by Pamela Young, a Registered Psychotherapist and the practice’s Clinical Director. Our team includes Registered Psychotherapists, Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying), and Registered Social Workers, each bringing their own areas of focus and training to the practice.

We believe struggling doesn’t look the same for everyone. Some people feel disconnected from themselves or the people around them. Others carry the weight of past experiences that haven’t been fully processed. Some simply feel stuck, unsure of what’s next. Whatever brought you here, our role is to walk alongside you as your guide, not to hand you a script for healing, but to help you find your own clear path forward.
